Surface Pursuit of Subs

I am aware of a bug that allowed CVs to "Pursuit" attack subs; but to the best of my knowledge they never scored any hits. But in one of my current games my subs were subject to a "Surface Pursuit" attack that did 2 damage.

Is this a Bug, or has there been a rule change I don't know about?

Bug...
I know there was a change with pursuit to fix some issues...must have added some.

I fixed this issue. I see it on my list of fixes.

I fixed this issue. I see it on my list of fixes.

I am using the latest version 1.00.041. So when you say it is on your list of fixes, I assume you mean that it will be fixed with the next update. Is that correct?
