[WAD] Aircraft will not refuel from tanker

Attached is a mission where aircraft do not respond to user entered command to refuel. The aircraft refuel when they reach low state by default, but when ordered to refuel none of the options - pick one, assign one by manual choice, or assign by mission - cause an aircraft to go refuel. No message pops up to say why the aircraft ignores the order.

What is one of the planes being asked to refuel?

Pick any aircraft with refueling capabilities. There is a flight of a couple of F-15Es in the North Sea (showing as unassigned) I was attempting to do it for and the flight wouldn't respond to the command.

Reason asking as I successfully had a couple of Typhoons go and refuel as requested.

Just checked the log as recommended, and it tells me the F-15Es and the F-16 lack the ability to refuel. This, even though both aircraft's description says they have a refueling boom and should be able to do so. Could be a DB issue? Or is the loadout they have not allowing them to refuel?

The F-15 use 'boom refueling'. I couldn't see any tankers with a 'centre line boom' (like KC-135)

Yes. The issue was the tanker not having a boom fuel capability.
