[RESOLVED] Red Tide Scenarios do not open

I have downloaded, installed and registered the Red Tide DLC. The scenarios are listed in the appropriate location but they do not open. It says I do not have a license for them. I have verified the license on my Matrix Games page. it also appears that despite several attempts to download the 1.04 update, that is also not successful. I am guessing that is why the scenarios are not opening. I would appreciate a solution to this very annoying issue.

Hi,

You attempted to download the v1.04 update from the MG website or through the built-in updater? If the latter, can you please try to download the update from the website? Thanks.
