Lend-Lease dates/amounts?

I can't seem to find in the rules where lend-lease dates and amounts are mentioned. Found some references to 'lend-lease' but not what I'm looking for. Can somebody please help me here?

Here's what the logistics phase reports say per turn in the years 41-45:

Vehicles 300 800 4500 6000 1500
Armaments 400 1200 2400 3000 2500
Supplies 1000 3000 5000 7000 6000
Fuel 500 1500 2500 3500 3000
