New elo game

Looking for an opponent. I can play either side. It´s my first ELO game, but I've already played like 5 or 6 games.

Also, I'd like to ask what are the usual house rules for elo games. I've heard about no mayor diplo, what else?

Regarding house rules, I am not sure what is considered the standard by now. I guess no diplo on majors and Bulgaria...
