Standing Forces Scenario Template

I'm looking for a scenario template that has the available information from the web (wikipedia etc.) on standing armed forces already placed for a given nation.

It would save a lot of time for making larger scenarios as well as smaller ones (just delete what you don't want.)

Nice! Thanks. As up-to-date as possible for what I want to make. It looks like the download links in that thread have since expired.
