Of all the games, what would you recommend I download, with the criteria being fairly hardcore TBS with an editor?

I am bias but I would try BLitzkriege engine and wartac combat! and spacewar all 3 have editors, but my pet love is redcoats and scots. although not everyones cup of tea I like the game, but you get all the apps in one download. I also like rogue3 and road warrior roguelikes. the My virtual table top has some games with it, to be honest Im not the best person to ask I like them all in one way or another
if you have too many scenarios in spwaw I recomened spwaw launch pad
RPG i recomend encounter cards and WoDPro.
MY BIGGEST ACHIEVEMENT WITH ALL THESE IS INVENTING THE BOARDGAME "BATTLEBOARDCHESS" the game is meant to be played on a chess board with square chits with swords and shields on each edge you rotate when swords and shields clash etc.. somebody printed it out and made the game in real life
