Looks like duplicate locations - same coord but different name
Please report if you find more

Kalach appears in both Stalingrad and Voronezh regions. I use the editor to change from "Kalach" in Stalingrad region to "Kalach-na-Donu" to make a difference. Do I need to worry about the text orientation?
