Where can you see the radiation resistance of a unit?

I.e., how can you know which hex radiation level is the limit where a unit begins to suffer adverse effects?

This is based entirely on their gear and maybe location.
See the handbook, 5.2.3. envIronmental exPosure

You only suffer casualties if RAD is more then 400 above your limit. So, do not be to worried about 1-3 hundred.
