Could not find inf\aincrement.inf

I downloaded the latest patch "[PC] Update v1.22.02 Nov 08, 2021" and installed it manually. When I try to run the application I get the following error: :Could not find inf\aincrement.inf"
What do I need to do to fix this issue?

I was able to fix the problem by uninstalling and re-installing the game. Now it is working properly.
