How can I play in windowed mode?

When I start this game, it plays in full screen. I want to play the tutorial in the manual. I need to play in windowed mode so I can access the manual while I play. I can't fine a setting or preference for windowed play.

No true Window mode, e.g. where you can move the window around on your screen, but you can have the game play in a smaller window within the full monitor screen.

I use two monitors. On one screen the game plays. On the other I access the manual. Use the Windows key on your keyboard to move from your game to the manual. Then click on the game screen to go back to the game.

Install, run it and press the alt key while you move the window to one corner and you can open the pdf in the other side of the display....
