Diplomatic Bug Declaring War on Minor

I declared war on a minor. The game said the minor has a friendship pact with a major regime and I am now at war with the major regime. However, the major regime in question is not at war with me. This behavior changed from version 1.09. More detail - I'm at war with a different major as a result of declaring on the minor. Also: how could a minor have a friendship pact?

In general, it would be nice to see in my reports when a minor has such a pact with a major. Currently, it doesn't appear as if that intelligence is available.

If you can send me a savegame just prior of declaring war on this minor and tell me which minor it is that would be great.

Also if you are not yet on open beta version you might want to give that a try first to see if it does not resolve the issue.
