Afrika Corp now has an additional HQ and armored unit?

Fury Games has now signed with Matrix Games, and we are working together on the next Strategic Command. Will use the Slitherine PBEM++ server for asynchronous multi-player.

Playing a game as Axis I've noted that now Afrika Corp has an additional HQ and armored unit.
Is it a bug?
Playing with version. 1.22.00
