Game won't download

Hi

Is there an issue with the server? I bought the game this afternoon and have tried unsuccessfully twice now to download the game. Both times it gave me an expected download time in excess of ten hours and both times it has timed out and stopped downloading.
System, Intel i9-9900K @ 3.60GHz, Windows 11 Professional, 32 GB of RAM, NVidia GeForce RTX 2080 Ti

try a different browser, chrome works well, some are better than others
