Nice Feature and Flexibility

Post by comsolut »

St. Vith scenario as Allies. Motor Infantry regt. cut off and ran out of fuel, what to do! Well created a new unit and dumped all the vehicles and heavy equipment. Worked great, infantry now able to move toward allied front line. Great feature and very realistic. Does cost 3pp.

Can see the Germans ditching vehicles and equipment late in campaign if fuel runs out.

Other than pp cost, the micro unit option has a lot potential to make every game different.

Alternatively scrap the vehicles and heavy equipment. That's for free.

The ones left behind can still slow the Germans. Its all about time. But yes, if low on points might be the lessor of two evils.
