I hold Ledo, Burma, and the relevant Chinese cities but I'm not receiving either the Burma road MPPs or the Ledo airlift MPPs.

I'm just looking at the scripts and if the US said YES to DE 305 to send supplies via the Burma Road, then China should receive 60 MPPs a turn providing the following conditions apply:

; Haiphong Port is in Axis hands

#ALIGNMENT_POSITION= 180,65 [2]
; Rangoon is in Allied hands

; Lashio is in Allied hands
#ALIGNMENT_POSITION= 177,67 [2]

Please can you check the status of these locations and advise if any aren't being satisfied, i.e. are held by the other side?

If so, the Decision to fly supplies over the Hump should be presented, however, that decision is contingent on Burma having surrendered, i.e. Rangoon having fallen, and from your description I don't think it has?

The conditions for DE 306 to be presented, in order to airlift supplies over the Hump also include these:

I think the issue is that Haiphong is not in Axis hands, Indochina is neutral. That would explain it.

If Indochina is neutral and with a pro-Allied leaning then China should be receiving 60 MPPs a turn via the Hanoi-Kunming railway, hopefully that is the case?

Indochina has a 4% Axis leaning. I will initiate diplomacy with them and see what happens.

I just had a diplo hit, Indochina is now at 21% allied, but no increase in MPPs for CHina yet.

The income should commence in the first Allied turn after the diplo hit. Providing of course that the USA had originally said YES at the start of the game to sending supplies to China via the Hanoi-Kunming railway.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for hearing that it does recommence...
