Timed Objectives

Can anyone please help me figure out why I, seemingly, am unable to set a time limit on objectives? I will start a mission generation and get to the point of setting up the objectives and I want to set time limits on them but can't. I read the instructions on how the process is supposed to go (right-click on the objective to edit it (eg. its name and set any time limit). However, when I go to do this I get nothing. Am I missing something here. I am running the game with all the updates I believe. Thoughts? I'd really like to utilize this feature to make more realistic defense in depth missions.

Basically, you only have to save the setup of your generated scenario and then go to Scenario Editor. Features like timed objectives, locked units etc. are only available from the editor.
