How many Somua tanks can there be in the city?

How many Somua tanks can there be in the city?

They're wearing a number. Their sum must not exceed 100?

Is that the red number on that unit?

Of course no answer.[;)] And the manual is confusing. Something says there must be a maximum of 100.Coefficient. Is it the same for defenders? About 600 tanks have a larger coefficient of over 100+ Does this mean that in the city in defense I have to have infantry together with tanks in a maximum of 100?
