I tweaked the Living Manual by adding bookmarks for all of the Errata entries as shown below.

And no, I have no desire to take this over, just trying to help a bit.

(also, some of the junk was optimized out by Acrobat pre-flight which resulted in about 20% reduction in size, but no content was changed or versioning was changed.)
