Bring AOG from Air Reserves

I cant bring all my planes from air reserves that I sent there last turn. it has set the morale at a certain number and i cant change it.

I can only bring in the ones in the green. Just wondering why so few are allowed to go back into a AOG. As i wanted to send most of to air reserves and redo all the AOG so I could remember all the planes better. Well that didnt work lol/

Sorry, I am dumb. They cant transfer as they are still delayed. Was thinking in terms of one turn to redeploy as in War in the East 1.

However, as a tip, not all Air Transfers from TBs are equal or intuitive. You may want review.

For example, for Germany, it is quicker to transfer AC from the AR TB to North Africa (NA), than from Italy or the Balkans.

I know I should be flying interdiction missions to slow the Germans, but its my first game as Soviets. Always good to learn first against AI first. lol
