France Question

Something seems grossly wrong with game. In my current game French NM is zero but they do not surrender. Yes they have alternate capital but reality of WW11 was so far from this game. They have 3 or 4 units, Paris fell 4-5 turns ago, lost all but alternate capital and part of what would be Vichy.

I am unsure if, when a nation moves its capital, it needs a specific surrender event created for it. I wonder if losing the main (original) capital incapacitates the default surrender algorithm?

Looks like there is 16 NM left so I would think it should surrender next turn. Or has it been stuck at that for multiple turns?

Yes I agree, i would expect surrender next turn
