town with no structures

I captured a small town, and the truck station must have been destroyed in the fighting. So now I have a town with no structures. It says "no logistical connection to hex" even though there is a truck station just next door.

Thus can never build anything and need to disband the town.

Have you actually passed a turn since capturing the city? Logistics needs a second to flow.
Is the city connected via road to the SHQ?
Any Traffic Signs in the way?

Yes there is a road. No traffic signs in use. Lots of troops around with lots of supply in area.

Even lots of other structures in the zone that work fine, just can't build structures in the city hex itself.

Waited lots of turns, can even build stuff in other zone hexes - like more truck stations. But not in city hex.

logistics to SHQ screenshot please. Do you have only a single SHQ?

Will get screenshot later, but I don't see how it's relevant.

Yes 1 SHQ. Got no logistics/supply problems anywhere. All the hexes around this city are in supply. There is definitely supplies flowing through the hex - but I think the game is just not handling the situation of "town with no structures".

I can build structures in any of the neighbouring hexes!

"City with no structures" seems like the kind of issues people should have run into several dozen times. We can not exclude a new bug, but it seems extremely impropable.

Keep in mind that units have a much easier time, thanks to Operational Logistics (Logistics people in the unit going to the next road to pick stuff up). So them being in supply does not mean "no issue".

I think I see the problem now tho. The other non-city hexes now also show "no connection". Because I made things worse by changing zone boundary and taking workers away from truck station. There is a railhead there that is supplying all the troops, but this does nothing for buildings.

edit: Fixed the workers, truck station nearby working at full capacity now. Took few more turns - still get "no connection" for this accursed city.

edit2: Took some more turns and at last it's working! Takes some time for logistics to update I guess - and my messing with zone borders caused a few turns of no workers at truck station.

Took a look at the save. Issue was partially that it was almost exlusively rail points arriving at 153,46 (which cannot continue on dirt road towards city) as well as the zero-assets on city hex (meaning you'll have to place some custom pull points on that hex using the traffic signs popup window).
