It seems the strategic supply depot in Arlon is locked (can't switch to different mode) for some reason. Is it meant to represent supply asset off map? Either way, an unwelcome surprise as I was expecting relief after diverting two panzer divisions to capture it.

Which version/patch? Could you post the save game here, in case you're playing against the AI?

Strategic Supply Bases are like Supply Sources. Therefore, they're locked to REGULAR, and you can't switch them to Build-Up, Deplete, Evacuate, Destroy.

Strategic supply base in Bitburg, Prum, and Stadtkyll being locked is understandable. I've also captured the strategic supply base at Eupen and that one is able to dispense supply and fuel like all other supply base I've captured. There is no reference in the manual that mention anything special about strategic supply base not being able to dispense supply and fuel.
