ToS Install CD Problems!

This is the same problem I had with "Korsun Pocket". Installs fine, run the executable...and nothing. CD drive keeps spinning, task manager shows the executable is running although under applications it shows nothing. I need someone here at Matrix Support to help me on this one. Nobody from Matrix helped me with KP, someone at SSG had to help me with that one, and all concerned agree it has to do with the third party copy protection Matrix uses for their games.

Since returning the game for a refund is not an option these days, being that virtually no retailer will take back opened software anymore, I would really like to get it running. I know for a fact that it is copy protection related, and that I'm not the only one having these problems, and it's not the only game Matrix publishes that people are experiencing these same problems with. It is the exact same loading problem that alot of KP users have had...EXACTLY THE SAME. I am pretty sure they use the same copy protection routines. So please, someone help clear these problems up. Post a new executable that bypasses it or something, so that those of us who are having these problems can finally play what we've paid for...please?
