Login Problems

Hello, I am completely confused with the matrix/slitherine/forums/battlefront logins.

I have bought Strategic Command War in Europe and still have savegames and the receipt and license. However, I cannot for the life of me log into matrix games to see my purchase and redownload the installation files.

Luckily I can log into this forum. I tried using the support forum but it only redirects me to matrix' website where I cannot login.

Could someone competent clear this up? When I try account recovery it says "no user with this email address" and none of the passwords I have for any of the above sites work.

Also, I'd really like it if you could either separate completely these accounts and sites or merge all accounts into one that reliably works on all sites.
