Unit Capabiltes

Post by Chris21wen »

Can't find a list for them, most are obvious but some not. One I'm struggling with is Infsup (infantry support). I know what it is but not how it is used in game? For instance if a Stug attacks an infantry unit does it get a bonus or does it somehow support a infantry when they are involved in combat?

Basically, the unit will operate along side or near friendly infantry.

But how does that manifest itself in game? Is there a benifit when assaulting for instance?

I'd wage a guess the flag is for AI to recognize the unit type and to use it accordingly. For instance not to use said unit types in an assault. I don't recall using this flag for anything in particular myself.
