Deleting Depots

Is there any advantage in deleting depots that you are certain are going to be overrun the following turn? This should disperse the supplies and trucks correct? Likewise do priority 0 depots hold any trucks ever?

if it really is empty then no particular reason to, if there are trucks or some freight left then best to disband as that triggers their destruction or redistribution
