Trying to start a PBEM game

Hi. I wanted to try PBEM and clicked on PBEM++Online. I tried to register and got the response "PBEM++ server communication error". On my profile it says that I am linked with both Matrix Games and Slitherine PBEM 1 and 2. I'm not sure what the problem is. I originally signed on with Matrix in May 2008 with a user name of AdmSpruance and I played WITP AE extensively for 5-6 years. Now my profile says that my user name is racndoc. Matrix Games just assigned me a new password today. I'm not sure if Slitherine knows the new password assigned to me by Matrix.

Well now I just saw my avatar and I evidently joined the Matrix forums in 2004. Maybe I was racndoc on the Matrix forums and my nom de guerre in WITP was AdmSpruance. I don't remember.... its been a long time.

Sorry to hear about the trouble, and the best thing to do will be to contact Matrix Games Support with these details and hopefully they'll be able to help get it sorted asap!
