Rail Repair in Kuban

I cannot seem to repair any rail lines in the areas that the axis controls. Novorossisysk has no damage in any of its factory types. The manual says that rail can be repaired from a port for lines not connected to the NSS. When I move the rail repair unit to the port there is no option to repair it and the dot stays red. Why is this?

This has worked in the past. I did it. A few versions back.

For me, it still works, I just tried it in Mariuspol (which was even set to "Export"), in version 1.02.11.

Well I updated the game to the latest version and tried the rail repair again and it worked. Don't know what the issue was (maybe operator error?). Thanks for the quick response.

Does the captured port need to be at 100% before you can repair rail from it? Couldn't find info in Living Manual about it.

For the port you may need to have one point of capacity fully working so a fully repaired size-1 port or a size-2 port with no more than 50% damage.
