Not much, mopping up at Tulagi, unloading a SeaBee at Rekata Bay, loading 2 EAB and 1 CB for Tulagi,
loading a CB for Munda. Munda and Rekata Bay have never changed ownership. Russel Islands has a port of 1
and an airfield of 1. Thousand Ship Bay is building slowly, only a NZ Brigade there.
Woodlark Island is at 3 port and 4 airfield, still building.
Kirwina Island is at 1 port and 1 airfield, still building, but slowly.
Port Moresby is maxed out at 5 port and 9 airfield
Milne Bay is at 5 port and 7 airfield
Adak Island is at 6 port and 6 airfield
Bases on the India and Burma border are building, need supply to the forward bases that
are on minor roads or no roads. This scenario from Andy Mac has lots of little dot bases
in Burma. It is scenario 8 modified with our Variants.

I fared better in the air war. I lost 4 P-40Es, all to ops loss, so no pilots were lost. I lost 3 Hurricane IIc,
2 air 2 air and 1 ops and two pilots were lost.
He lost 12 Ki-43-Ic Oscars, 10 air-2-air and 2 ops. He lost 4 Ki-21-IIa Sallys all to air-2-air.

An even worse day at Akyab. He sent bombers at night swept during the day.
I lost 14 aircraft 7 Hurricane IIb ( 3 air-2air, 1 ground and 3 writeoff)
6 P-40E ( 3 air-2-air, 2 ground and 1 write off )
1 Hurricane IIc on the ground
I lost 2 USAAF pilots and 2 British pilots.
I also have 41 damaged aircraft at Akyab
In return I downed 11 IJA aircraft( 9 Ki-43-Ic and 2 Ki-43-1b )
Ugly day for the Allies
And as expected all 3 xAKs at Akyab sank
but all others got their fires put out and returned to port.

Interesting, nothing happened this turn, really nothing.
I was able to get 9 aircraft at Akyab repaired and moved out, now
there is only 32 damaged aircraft there.

Japanese Ships
PB Myoken Maru, Shell hits 31, and is sunk

Sadly, none of my ships gained any experience points for that.

At Vela Lavella he could have been airlifting the last of his troops out by transport or Patrol Aircraft. Either that or the unit dispersed because there was so little left of it, allowing the base to flip with no battle.

I'd say the hits were FOW then and only one actually damaged her and even then you were quite lucky with the die rolls that she took only that light damage. I've seen three 250kg bombs sinking heavy cruisers if they didn't get into a port soon enough.
Are you playing a mod with reduced bomb damage?
