1941 Campaign Small Fleet Scenario

We are getting ready to start a PBEM game, our first and would be interested in opinions on whether the small fleet scenario is preferred over the standard 1941 Campaign Scenario. Thanks in advance.

Ok thanks, we will discuss it to decide which scenario to play. Oddly enough the Japanese off Pearl Harbor consists of 9 ships.

Yea it is just the 1st turn surprise. Once you move then home it corrects itself.
