Multiple air basese for one air mission

As an Axis player I had bombers in Constanta with a depot that had a lot of freight.
Also i had fighters in the airbases around Odessa.

And i wanted to fly naval interdiction to isolate Odessa with fighter coverage.
When i select staging base as Constanta - my fighters are out of range.
When i select air bases that are near Odessa - they have low supply even for fighters.


As a result i can not select bombers to fly from Constanta with a fighters starting their flight in other air base, even if all of the planes are within a range to do naval interdiction with escort near Odessa.
