Not from Soren. He has started a new business venture and that is taking up all his time at present. I think Larry has made a couple of changes and released it as V11. Larry might like to comment on the changes he made to v10 and V11.

Back when Ken Fortune and I were playing Ken discovered that the decreases that were supposed to occur when the Axis side captured a base or a factory unit weren't happening. So he made some changes to allow that to occur. And then I made some change or other of some kind and I really don't remember what it was but you guys are welcome to both versions. I'll post them on this post and the next one. Version 1.10 is attached to this post here below. Version 1.11 is on the next post down.
