Next time it happens, note down what you did at the time, then copy the text in the error message, and paste it somewhere, to have it handy.

Then go to the Tech Support forum for the game. Here make a thread, and in it paste the error message, and write what you were doing while it happened. Remember to report the version you are using, and if possible keep a save ready for a follow up of the closest point it happened.

The above will help catch it.
