Viewing STATS

Would love to see an option to allow for the viewing of opponents 'STATS'.
This could be a toggle thing in the 'PREFS' for those that want it, or not.

If you set 'Fog of War' to partial, you can see stats for all nations. If you recall, that's how our first multi-player game was played. I suppose it could be set independently of FoW; not sure if that gives away too much about foreign regimes. A while ago, I had the thought that the amount of statistics you can see depends on your recon level for other regimes. I think that would be pretty cool.

I would like to see an option with all the stats of all Majors being visible, with full Fog of War.
