I have set the game on the Server for full TB control & full Air control. If you don't want full TB control I can set to off, I can also do a no early end scenario too. I will play with everything else, even full motorization. If the desire is to limit certain items with house rules then there is no problem there either.

I decided after a night sleep to close the request the next day. I would be bored to death playing the Soviets. I will be putting up another game for a Soviet opponent in a little bit.
