Bug? Suddenly, India is out of supply

I'm playing as the allies.
After ending the 01/30/1944 turn, 12 Indian and 1 British unit (mix of land and air) are suddenly out of supply.
Hitting the 'S' key to see the supply overlay shows that they should be in supply.
So I'm either missing something critical, or it's a bug.

Additionally, hex 42, 60 is China owned, as is Haiphong, and 41, 60. It's out of supply for some reason.
I attached the before and after save games in a ZIP file.

I reported this same problem to Al earlier today (except for me it happened in 03/14/43) and he's been working on it. We've been exchanging quite a few email messages and he told me: "I am narrowing down the problem. Might be tomorrow when I solve it."

All we can do now is just wait for a fix.

I've been all day on this. Very complex the supply system. I believe it is the HQ code that is doing it.

The WPP (and WP) supply system is one of this game series best features. Much better than the system used in SC/SC2/SC3. One thing I did like about supply in SC is how you could "chain" together HQs to extend supply far from rail lines. WP has no similar method for creating what are essentially your own supply dumps in the middle of nowhere. OTOH, WP/WPP players have supply trucks and air resupply, which partially compensates.

I wanted to make that important in the game mechanics. Addressing invasions and overseas supply is really hard in games like these.
