Just Started our First PBEM

Post by canuckgamer »

We waited until we got to December 5 1941 in our War Plan PBEM to start a parallel War Plan Pacific PBEM and I have a few questions.

The manual that you can access in the game indicates 1.00.03. The manual you access from the link in the forum has a date of April 2021. Which one has been updated with the patches? I thought the one from game would be 1.00.05

I know that the map scale is different in WPE which explains why the the strike range of CV air is 3. I'm wondering why the interception ranges for naval and air are still 5 and 10, the same as War Plan given the change in map scale.

I was making my first move as the Allies in our PBEM and couldn't find the Enterprise CV. In the deployment queue I see the Yorktown and Saratoga on December 23 and the Hornet in March. I looked at all the ports on the west coast and no Enterprise either. Shouldn't it be deployed on December 23rd as well? We are playing version 1.00.05

Never mind, I just opened up a 1941 hot seat and see that the Enterprise and the Lexington appear in Pearl Harbor on turn 2.
