Can't minimise the game

Can't minimise the game

Whenever I try to minimise the game to look at the manual, the game goes black and my mouse starts making the clicking noise you hear in game.

I think that the game keeps WiTW as the on top application. This is annoying because I'd like to reference the manual in game but cannot do this. If you need a further explanation of the issue I can describe it more.
