My wife and I just last month saw James Taylor and Jackson Brown. The Eagles are coming around but the show is during the week and I babysit my grandsons. Oh well....GP

We had James Taylor tickets as a Christmas 2019 gift for a concert in early 2020 - postponed because of COVID. Rescheduled to June of 2021, rescheduled again to November 2021, postponed again with no reschedule date! I guess it is international travel rules that are holding up the show since he is touring in the US. GP, you may have got a concert because he wasn't doing his international tours! You owe me! [:D]

I owe nobody [:D]. He put on a great show though....GP

I was (am) a 70s Rush fan.

Right there with you. Rush is in a class by itself. I have to say though, I introduced my son to Rush years ago and he's been using the power of Spotify to discover some amazing prog rock/metal bands that I would never have otherwise found. They're not quit Rush-level, but they're darn good.

Any Styx fans hanging around here? They were my favorite band as a kid in the 70's and early 80's, and my first concert in 1983. Their album from a couple of years ago, The Mission, was fantastic and the Mrs and I got to see them in concert again. Got their latest album, Crash of the Crown, as a Christmas gift but have only got around to listening to it last night and today. It's excellent with several tunes that are following me around. Highly recommended!

I had no idea that they are still active! [X(]

I still remember "Boat on the River" in late 1970's when there were still jukeboxes... that tune is on my mind again because of you Mike... [;)]

Great tune! Leo, go look for The Mission. It's a concept album around the first manned mission to Mars. Should be right up your alley, Apollo11. [;)]
