Air supply(not the band)

Post by LeeChard »

If I understand correctly, a transport plane can carry 1 supply point for
2000lbs(?) capacity.
The Ki-49IIkai Helen carries 3500.
If I have 2 Helens, total 7000lbs, do I get 3 points to the destination?

But the band was great. [:)]

As far as I know, it is figured by individual aircraft

a/c max load
1-3999 = 1 supply point
4000-5999 = 2 supply points
6000-7999 = 3 supply points
8000-9999= 4 supply
10,000-11,999 = 5 supply
12,000-13,999 = 6 supply

I like Air Supply and the band Chicago - not a fan of the city . . .

I always enjoy visiting Chicago.
Great museums during the day and music at night.
I go to a place like Buddy Guy's, share the blues and leave happy!

They had two good songs.

I can't remember what the second one was.

Disagree - I really like at least four of their songs, and in general the way they made horns/guitar and harmony work in a blend of bluesy/rocky/easy listening kind of way. Almost unique.

Chicago, Air Supply. Commercial pablum. I came of age in the late 70's and early 80's. Everytime I hear commercial radio do a 80's music spot I am reminded that I had a very different experience of the 1980's.

Chicago was a prog band. I'm guessing you have never heard of Frank Zappa? Hint: Youtube up "Don't eat the yellow snow" and "Bobby brown".

Did you not listen to bands like the Damned in the late 70s? Here you go:
