I seem to be missing some libvar thingies despite loading all available libraries.

I want to adjust weather settings but the options are not available here!

You must use the tables,
check the tide turns scenario weather tables
save as csv and import in Nordwind,
You had the 64 turns weather from 1 to 16 jan.1945 !

The weather tables used are :
38 initial Hex conditions
43 historical overrule
70 variant table
