They saw you coming...

Vinny was having troubles with the host provider, and it was out of action for several weeks. While waiting, Doggie started up his own forum, and all the regulars moved over to it. I recently had to reformat my system, so I've lost the link - but EUBanana's signature contains it. Look for one of his posts...

Berserkers. Some wargamers gone way off the reservation, I take it. I have no direct knowledge.

Madcow's, where you could say what you wanted and how you wanted. No filters of any kind. Kind of fun.

For anyone still interested, Maddogdrivethru still exists and the link to it is at:
http://maddogdrivethru.net/

There is also a link to it in my signature.

With regards to Doggie, he has been AWOL for a couple years.
We suspect that he may have passed on to that Great Kennel in the sky, but have no confirmation of that.

His forum lives on though.

I tried to register there, it told me Madeleine Albright was the wrong answer several times, then locked me out.

Madeleine Albright

Well, this lockout was entirely appropriate as Madeleine Albright WAS the wrong answer. ;-)

Albright was Secretary of State during the Bill Clinton Administration.

Try again! ;-)

PS: We had to put a test question in the registration process as the forum was being swamped with bots that were auto-registering and posting viagra ads.

For anyone that was wondering, the MadDogDrivethru forum was down for a few days due to some maintenance issues.

It is back up and running again at https://maddogdrivethru.net/index.php
