What happens if CW liberates Netherlands or not? What is the difference?
If Netherlands is not liberated, then partisans in Netherlands acts as in a 'red' country. Netherlands should be able to be liberated later in the game. Although do not know if MWIF checks this.

If liberated, the Netherlands force pool, can be added to the liberators. This might include previously removed units as well. If Axis then captures Amsterdam, then Netherlands is permanently out of the game, and all their units are removed from the game. I think liberating them also affects supply sources in the Netherlands.

Initiative: Axis 4, Allies 10.

Allies will think about this, currently Allies are at +1 on initiative track.

JJ can change my mind, but both North Sea and West Med are looking pretty dangerous at the moment.

I liberated Netherlands. I should have checked what units are coming, mostly bad units. Now I need to scrap most of them [:)]

One bad surprise roll for US, and a worse one for Italy. (Allies 6. Axis 10)

US has 4 surprise points. How will Allies continue?
