missing manual?

I thought I read somewhere on one of the threads that the SP3 manual (I think that is the one) was supposed to be included with the download, but was accidentally not included. Is there any way to get ahold of this? I'm new to SP, and the current manual is a little... sparse. The tutorial helped, but I'm just looking for a little more detail.
