introductory video

So I don't want the initial video to show up when I open the game. I want the game to go directly to selecting a scenario. How can i eliminate it. This is similar to the music that plays every time you open CS series EF,WF,Rs. There weren't any options to control the music volume, change music or eliminate it . I see its the same with CS Vietnam no controls to bypass the vidoe so it does not show up everytime you open the game.
