[v1.10.04b steam version] Refusing blackmail gives + and - heart.

In description refusing blackmail will give +7 Heart, -3 Heart. And it did give +4 heart. As far as I remember it must be + Fist.

Profile 1 thats touched is heart, profile 2 is the favorite profile of the AI major regime in question, hence sometimes there is 2 times heart.
