Almost all of this pilots are pretty good except for a few guys in the bottom. They are sorted by skill.
I did a test and left 1 group on rest far from a frontline, near Berlin actually, and another group NOT on a rest, just normal mode and assigned them to a Rum. Air command with no orders.
On the next turn they had exactly the same experience.
As a result I can not get rid of this low lvl guys.
I don't have enough trained pilots for fighters and if I decide to send this and all other similar groups with a mix of high skill pilots and terrible one to a reserve - I will lose that highly skilled pilots forever.
It would be nice to have such status as training in addition to rest, day only, etc.
It will allow pilots to train on the back, without a need of sending them to reserve as right now it leads to a lose of good pilots.
