New ELO Game - Axis opponent needed please

Hi troops. I have some time for a new ELO game, with me as Allies. I am in the European time zone and I play pretty fast.

I am mid-table, and trying to improve, especially in naval warfare which I find tricky.

Usual rules - no major diplo, no Barbarossa before '41 and generally no cheese.
