As your humble war correspondent as well as the USA/China player I would like to apologize for any and all grammatical and spelling mistakes past and future. The time I should be taking to double/triple check all that I'm using to play the game, capture the game details or post the AAR. Honestly, double/tripe checking is just plain boring and I rather/am using that time to do other things I like more. [:'(]
Though it took us a month to complete each of the last two turns, the commentary captured in the war logs is "near real time" and is reflective of the messaging traffic and attitudes/feelings inferred from our team at those moments.
Also, at the current rate of 1 turn per month that means at best we're looking at another 16 months to finish this game (assuming we go the full 36 turns). Given that we started back in May 2021 (8 months ago), that's a total of 24 months, or 2 years to complete. Of course, this is only a coarse estimate but 2 years is quite a commitment. You could get a junior college, associate degree, in that amount time. [8D]

I hope the game continues till an obvious decision. Japan is doing OK. Conquering China is great; losing the Pacific ports isn't. The EuroAxis looks to me like they are in trouble. Right now they are holding OK, but the Allied position is one that would be normal in the middle of 1943, not the beginning. And the fact that the Axis could not flip any air or naval units is not great for next turn. Anyway, onward!
I thought I knew how to play this game....

A munity by several members, if not all members, on our team and abandonment of this game and AAR was barely adverted by rolling back to 3.2.0 and continuing with that version for the foreseeable future.
